In each episode of our Investor Insights Podcast we will be interviewing portfolio managers from across the investment industry to gain from the expertise in their specialist areas and to question them on the topical issues of today. In Episode #1 we speak to Andrew Jones, Chief Executive of LondonMetric Property (LMP-LON). Andrew has a huge amount of experience within property markets, he previously served on the main board of British Land before co-founding Metric property in 2010 when the company merged with London & Stamford in 2013, Andrew became Chief Executive of the enlarged business. The company has grown to become a £3.2bn property portfolio and a constituent of the FTSE 250.
