B Corp certified

In June 2024 we received B Corp certification. The definition of a B Corp is a ‘for profit corporation certified by B Lab for its social impact’. As of February 2024, there are 8,254 certified B Corporations across 162 industries in 96 countries, all of whom are meeting social sustainability and environmental performance standards.

The B Corp application has taken almost a year to complete – the process is extensive and requires information and input from every corner of our business. We answered almost 250 questions, and provided information on everything from how the Exec Board is compiled and operated, to the cleaning products we use in all of our offices. To qualify, companies need to score a total of over 80 across five different focus areas: Governance, Workers, Environment, Customers and Community and many do not make the grade.

Making the move to join this community is something we have wanted to do for many years, and we hope that it will ensure that our business is doing the best it can for our clients and our people, while positively positioning us to the next generation of investors.
