A Seed in Time is a garden inspired by the landscapes of East Anglia and the Norfolk Broads, shaped by water, craft and quiet resilience. At its heart, a living wetland harvests rainwater, supports wildlife, and creates movement and reflection throughout the garden.

The Killik Barn

The garden also features the Killik Barn celebrating the craftsmanship and creativity that shape exceptional gardens and outdoor spaces. Continuing the garden’s Norfolk theme, it brings together artisans from the region and welcomes The Glasshouse Collective – a curated showcase of more than 20 outdoor living brands.

2025 garden relocation

Our 2025 garden was relocated to Centrepoint Oak House, in Camden transforming the large front garden into a stunning sanctuary for the young people who live here. Residents aged 16–25 can enjoy the vibrant planting and peaceful landscaped oasis.

This extraordinary garden welcomes everyone with calm, beauty, and hope at the very entrance to their home. We have a long-standing partnership with Centrepoint and have hosted Sleep Outs and sponsored multiple events.

RHS Chelsea 2025

Our 2025 Gold medal Save for a Rainy Day Garden - Designed by Baz Grainger from Landform Consultants, this imagined space represented gardens 25 years from now. The garden consisted of three zones, a family area, a flood zone and a water capture area. The seating area is covered by a unique, on-site 3D-printed pergola – using a cutting-edge technique never before seen at the show.
