Rupert Dickinson joined Killik & Co as a Non-Executive Director in 2020 and became Independent Non-Executive Chair of Killik & Co's Executive Board in 2026. A member of the ICAS, he holds an LLB (Hons) and has over 20 years’ experience in wealth and investment management.
After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte, Rupert joined Barclays in 2000, where he spent 11 years in a number of senior roles ranging from Finance, Commercial and Product Development to Chief Operating Officer. In 2012, he became the CEO of Barclays Stockbrokers, leading one of the UK market’s largest online stockbroker and investment platforms through transformational strategic change and unprecedented market turbulence. Since 2019 he has worked exclusively as an Independent NED on seven Boards including holding the positions of Chair of Board on one and the Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee on four.
