Our purpose is to be the best wealth manager for families and we offer our clients a wide range of services to help them save, plan and invest. We remain driven by the core beliefs upon which we were founded, making these services available to all, and we are proud to be one of the few remaining independently owned wealth managers.
We recognise the importance of having the right team of people to help our clients and as our business continues to grow, we are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. Our emphasis on developing talent from within, ensures that staff share our core values and have everything they require to build a long-term career.
"Our most important asset is our people, our vision is to grow a passionate and skilled workforce, from our Advisers within various disciplines, to all the other teams behind the scenes, who all play their part in helping us support our clients."
James Hornett, Chief HR Officer
